How do I order a greeting card,birth announcement or thank you card through nemiacreative.com?
It’s pretty easy. Once you’ve found a design that appeals to you, fill out our order form and
submit it to us. Next, email your photo(s) to photos@nemiacreative.com. You will recieve
an email proof within 1-2 business days. A proof is a rendering of your chosen design with
your photo, an inscription (i.e., "with love, the Glisan Family") and any other adjustments
you've requested. From this proof you can get an idea what your design will look like. You
can either apporve it or ask us to 'tweak' it to your satisfaction, if necessary. Upon your
approval and payment, we’ll send the final design to the printer. Your order will ship within
24-48 hours via UPS Ground. Shipping typically takes 3-7 days. Please allow a few extra
days during the holiday season.
What resolution should my photos be?
They should at least 1200x1800 (4x6”) and no smaller than 300 dpi. We strongly discourage
anything smaller, as the quality would be greatly diminished. We ask that you send the raw,
unedited file. We will perform any cropping or color adjustments as necessary. JPEG or TIF
formats are acceptable. Please contact us when sending a hard copy of your picture, as we
will have specific instructions for you.
How do I pay for my order?
Upon final approval of your proof, we will send you an email with a link to PayPal’s website.
You may pay using any major credit card (sorry, we do not accept checks). PayPal does not
require you to have an account, and your personal information will be kept secure with SSL
encryption. Payment must be received before we begin printing.
What kind of paper do you use, and how much will it cost?
Our designs are printed on your choice of Fuji Professional Digital Crystal Archive Paper
(one-sided photographic paper) or high-quality press printed cardstock. Please refer to our
pricing guide for details and prices.
Are envelopes included?
White envelopes come with your order at no extra charge. At this time, we are unable to
preorder envelopes.
Can I make adjustments to my proof before it gets printed?
Absolutely. We will not print your design until you have approved it. That means you can make
as many changes as you like. In that way, our designs truly become custom and unique.
What’s the turnaround time for my order once I’ve approved my design?
When you place your order, you will receive a proof within 1-2 business days. Your payment
is required after you have approved the design. Once payment is received, your custom greeting
is sent to the printer. It is then shipped via UPS Ground, within 24-48 hours. You should expect
to receive them within 3-7 days. Expedited shipping is available, and we are happy to calculate
that for you on an as-needed basis
What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
Our goal is for your satisfaction with the service and products nemia creative offers. We strive
to avoid any errors on our part, that’s why we’ve set up our ordering system based on
your approval of the proofs. We encourage you to look over your proof carefully and thoughtfully
to make sure it’s exactly what you want. However, if we find we made the error, we will reprint
your order at no additional cost. Pleaseunderstand that we cannot issue refunds. Also note
that there will be some color variations between what you see on your monitor and what is
printed, as most monitors are not calibrated the same.
